*baguette bread not vegan
Address: 2704 Milam St
Notes: is this place new? I dunno. supposedly the Mai's crowd (RIP Mai's) frequents this place now. I can't find a menu, but supposedly they have a ton of vegetarian stuff that can be made vegan.
Address: 2910 HillcroftSite: via b4-u-eat.comNotes: A large portion of the menu is mix & match, so you can choose tofu & a vegan sauce to go with it.

Notes: Cheap, delicious hole-in-the-wall with some pretty great salt and pepper tofu.
Address: 3111 S. Shepherd @ Alabama, 2027 Post Oak @ Westheimer, and 602 E. 20th in the HeightsSite: noodlesrule.comNotes: Three locations. Most of the menu can be veganized. They now have all picture menus.. even a picture of what you just ordered comes up on a screen on the register... so no surprises! I usually get Rockin' Veggies Vermicelli with Gingery Tofu (pictured), or the Art Car Curry, aptly named "vegan heaven".
