Notes: Amazing, extremely vegan friendly Indian restaurant in Clear Lake.  They offer a lunch buffet that's great, and they'll happily point out the items containing dairy.  If you order off the menu, get them to veganize the Vegetable Korma.  Warning: rice contains butter.

Notes: The vegetarian page of the menu is extensive. The only thing I ever order is the General Tso's "chicken" (vd2), which they tell me is all soy. If you know what else is vegan, post it up. Speedy delivery.

San San Tofu

Notes: All vegetarian grocery store with a small deli area. They make a lot of vegan items in-house & the ingredients are well documented.

$6 bucks (tax included) will get you a ton of food, soup, and a hot tea at the deli. the "BBQ CHICKEN" might be the best strip of fake meat I've ever tasted.

Pepper Tree Ⓥ

Notes: now ALL VEGAN. Tuesday-Friday lunch buffet from 11-2. all day buffet (with sushi) on the weekend.

the buffet on the weekend is more expensive, but WELL worth it for all-you-can-eat sushi. I'm what you would call a "habitual regular" here on the weekends.

Hours: Tue-Fri 11am-3pm, 5pm-9:30pm / Sat-Sun 11:30-9:30pm / closed Monday.

Bhojan Vegetarian
